TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
How our consultation works:
We understand that your resources are limited. So when you make an investment in a consultant you want to maximize the value of your dollar. At NHAHA, we carefully select every consultant that comes into the pool. We choose only the best and brightest; we negotiate discount pricing with each consultant so that it is favorable for all of our members. And remember - if our listing does not include a particular expertise you need or consultant to fit your requirements, simply contact us and we will do our best to find what you need.
When a member contacts NHAHA seeking a referral for a consultant or a presenter and shares the details of their needs, the TA management team considers appropriate consultants and creates a match. The member and consultant then finalize details on their own.
Throughout a project, the NHAHA team continues to play a pivotal role, keeping in touch with both parties to ensure the project is proceeding as desired, that everyone is satisfied and fully served, identifying any issues that might arise, and keeping the project on track. Later, the team follows up with both sides and conducts a thorough evaluation of the project, its success, degree of mutual satisfaction, and lessons learned.
