Associate members: Associate membership is available for individual and institutional subscribers to NHAHA's newsletter and updates. They have no chapter affiliation, no voting privileges, or other benefits. The one-year subscription begins with the second monthly issue following receipt of enrollment.

Full Member Benefits - Fee: $50
Full members are due-paying members. Full Members have voting privileges to elect Board members and to approve bylaw amendments and new policies.
- Present motions to the chair and address members during general meetings.
- May participate in general meeting discussions, present contributions, positions and recommendations.
- Cast a vote should one be called by the chair and participate in consensus.
- Exempt from paying meeting fees.
- Access to member area that include meeting minutes, special briefs and discussions
- Listing in Membership Directory
- Any news magazine, reports, on issues related to Haitian health. Members are entitled to complimentary
copies of all NHAHA publications.
- Special discounts on NHAHA's special events, including our Annual Conference
- E-mail Action Alerts on Haitian issues with the opportunity to help affect pending legislation
- Career Network to post and find the latest in job postings
- Funding opportunity announcements
- Discover what our members are doing and share in their best practices through our newsletters.

Organizational Member Benefits - Fees: $100-$500
In addition to the benefits received by individual members, only our organizational members will receive:
- Regular priority contact with to obtain latest news on policy deliberations.
- Periodic policy meetings with board members and NHAHA decision-makers.
- As an added benefit for institutional members, individuals affiliated with an organizational member can
now obtain up to five (5) discounted professional ($20 discount) or student ($10 discount) memberships. This may be of interest to organizations that have individuals (beyond the designated institutional representatives) who would like to become professional members NHAHA.
- Promotion of our member organizations' programs and activities (consistent with NHAHA priorities), to the national and international media.
- Opportunity to submit an institutional profile in NHAHA's online Directory.
- Provision of a direct link to your website. If a member does not have a website, we provide expanded information such as a description of services offered by the organization, contact information and, where applicable, e-mail contact.

Affiliate Members Benefits - Fees: $200 - $600
In addition to the benefits received by individual members, only our institutional members will receive:
- Permission to use NHAHA's name
- Permission to publicize affiliation with NHAHA for promotional and/or informational purposes
- Eligible up to four(4) full memberships for staff
- Consideration for Board representation on the NHAHA's Board of Directors
- Reduced rates for NHAHA's Annual Conference and other functions
- Access to newsletters, policy analysis papers, action alerts, and other publications
- Technical assistance, as appropriate, in organizational development, program development, and service delivery systems
- Roundtables at our annual conference
- Opportunity to hold auxiliary meetings at the annual conference.
- Sizable discounts on exhibition booths and registrations at the annual conference.
- Participation at Annual Conference, in regional affiliate caucuses and other affiliate activities
- Consideration to serve on Affiliate Council
- Availability to serve as a Peer-to-Peer consultant
- Display NHAHA logo on letterhead, facilities, and other places, as appropriate
- Recertification of affiliation, every three years, including submission of the Memorandum of Understanding and the most recent financial information
Responsibilities
- Endorse and promote the terms and conditions of affiliation.
- Participation in evaluation and information-gathering requests including, but not limited to: surveys, activity reports, financial statements, Board of Directors staff rosters, and organizational profiles.
